Do you have a dedicated account manager?

Every customer works with a dedicated account manager who serves as your single point of contact for all inquiries and coordination. This person becomes your partner in China, handling everything from initial quotes through production, shipping, and after-sales support.
Your account manager is fluent in both English and Chinese with genuine industry experience and product knowledge—not just a sales representative reading from a script, but someone who understands textile production and can answer technical questions or flag potential issues before they become problems.
The services they provide span the entire order lifecycle: order placement and confirmation, weekly production progress updates, quality control coordination, shipping and logistics management, documentation and compliance support, and resolution of any issues that arise. Rather than bouncing between departments, you have one person who knows your history and requirements and can get things done internally.
Communication happens through whatever channels work best for you. Email responses come within 24 hours, and WhatsApp or WeChat provides real-time communication during business hours. For complex discussions, we arrange video calls. If you're planning a factory visit, your account manager coordinates the entire trip.
Our business hours run Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM China Time (GMT+8), with Saturday coverage from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. For genuine emergencies outside these hours, emergency contact is available.
