Do you offer free samples?

We believe in letting our fabric quality speak for itself, which is why we make sampling as easy as possible.

For initial evaluation, we provide free A4-size swatches of any fabric in our collection—up to ten different samples per request. These ship worldwide via express courier and typically arrive within five to seven business days, giving you a hands-on feel for our materials before committing to larger quantities.

When you need more substantial samples for testing or presentation, we offer sample yardage at nominal cost. One to three meter samples carry a small handling fee, while larger quantities of five meters or more are priced at cost. All sample charges are credited against your first bulk order, so you're essentially getting them free when you proceed with production.

For custom development, our sampling process follows a structured timeline. Lab dip samples for color matching take three to five days, allowing you to approve shades before bulk dyeing. Strike-off samples for print designs require five to seven days to produce. If you need prototype samples with full finishing treatments, plan for seven to ten days.

To request samples, simply fill out our sample request form with your requirements. Our team confirms availability and shipping details, then dispatches samples within 24 to 48 hours. We genuinely encourage all potential customers to evaluate samples before placing bulk orders—it ensures our fabrics meet your expectations and helps avoid surprises down the line.
