What shipping terms do you offer?

We offer flexible shipping arrangements to match your logistics preferences and experience level.

FOB (Free On Board) is our most common arrangement with experienced importers. Under FOB terms, our price covers delivery to the Chinese port—typically Shanghai, though we also ship from Ningbo and Qingdao depending on your destination. Risk transfers to you once the goods cross the ship's rail, and you arrange your own ocean freight, giving you control over carrier selection and shipping costs.

CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) works well for buyers newer to importing or those who prefer a simpler arrangement. Our price includes freight to your destination port plus marine insurance, so you have fewer logistics to coordinate. You still handle customs clearance at your end, but the ocean transport is taken care of.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is the simplest option from your perspective—we handle everything including freight, insurance, and customs clearance, delivering directly to your door. This carries premium pricing to cover the additional services and risk we assume, but it's worth considering if you want a completely hands-off logistics experience.

For shipping methods, sea freight full container load (FCL) takes fifteen to forty days depending on destination and is most economical for larger orders filling a twenty-foot container or more. Less-than-container-load (LCL) shipments take slightly longer at twenty to forty-five days but work well for smaller quantities. Air freight reaches most destinations in three to seven days for urgent orders, while express courier services like DHL, FedEx, and UPS deliver samples and documents in two to four days.

We provide complete export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading or airway bills, certificates of origin, test reports, and customs documentation. Marine insurance is available at 110% of invoice value, and we recommend all-risk coverage for comprehensive protection.
