Can you customize fabrics to our specifications?

Customization is central to what we do, and we have the capabilities to match almost any specification you need.

For color work, we match Pantone references with high accuracy and always provide lab dip samples before bulk production so you can approve the exact shade. If you need colors outside standard Pantone ranges, our dyeing team can develop custom shades from your physical samples. Once approved, we guarantee color consistency across production batches through computer-controlled recipes and spectrophotometer verification.

Pattern and design work can start from your finished files in formats like AI, PSD, or TIFF, or we can develop patterns from concept sketches if you're still in the creative phase. Both digital and rotary printing are available depending on your volume and design complexity. For qualified customers with sufficient annual commitment, we offer exclusive designs that won't be sold to other buyers.

Physical specifications are flexible within our production range. Greige fabric weights run from 55 to 120 GSM, while finished fabrics can reach 60 to 280 GSM depending on treatments applied. Widths span 160cm to 330cm for greige and 150cm to 315cm for finished goods. Custom constructions are possible for larger orders.

Functional treatments include stain-resistant finishes that repel water, oil, and common household soils, flame retardant treatments for contract and hospitality applications, antibacterial finishes, UV protection, and blackout coatings for window treatments.

The development process typically follows a straightforward path: you share your requirements and reference materials, we assess technical feasibility, then we produce samples within seven to fourteen days. After your approval, we move to bulk production. Minimum quantities for custom development start at 3,000 meters for color matching, 5,000 meters for custom patterns, and 10,000 meters for new fabric constructions.
